Whilst every effort is made to make sure blinds match swatches, dye batches from our manufacturers may vary. We cannot guarantee an exact match even on our samples unless paint finished, as wood is a natural material and does vary slightly in grain and shade we cannot guarantee against warpage and natural indentations.
Is there a delivery charge?
Delivery is FREE within mainland UK for all standard deliveries. We can make deliveries to all other destinations but the relevant charges will apply, these will be shown clearly in your basket before final payment.
How soon can I expect my delivery after I place my order?
Shortly after you place your order you will receive a confirmation email and although delivery dates cannot be 100% guaranteed, we will do our utmost to ensure goods are delivered within the stated date or soon afterwards, Most orders are completed within 5-10 working days from receipt of order.
