Pleated fabric is formed using a single layer of fabric that is folded and pressed into a concertina style. Plisse is another term used for Pleated fabrics. As it is a single layer of fabric, the cords of each blind are visible. Honeycomb fabric is formed by two layers of fabric (folded and pressed in a similar way to pleated) before being glued together to form a cellular structure. The cords run through the centre of the fabric so are not visible from the front or back.
Yes! The cellular structure of the fabric is designed to trap air, which acts as a barrier against heat transfer, helping to keep rooms cool in the summer and warmer in the winter. This energy efficient fabric makes Perfect Fit® Honeycomb blinds one of the most popular blind types we sell.

Perfect Fit® Honeycomb fabrics are available in a wide range of colours and patterns, along with an extensive collection of blackout cellular fabrics - just look out for any fabrics with ‘Blackout’ in the names. Please note; the Perfect Fit® system is not a 100% blackout system, as light will filter between the fabric and the blind frame.
Yes! Perfect Fit® Blinds look great in any room and can make your bathroom look sleek and stylish. We would recommend regularly opening the blind and window to allow air flow behind the blind to prevent any build up of moisture.
