Made to Measure Perfect Fit® Roller Blinds for Windows & Doors
Perfect Fit® roller blinds are designed to sit directly within the glazed area of the window, creating a close-fitting shading solution that moves with the window or door when opened. Because the blind is held within the Perfect Fit® frame, the fabric remains aligned against the glass rather than swinging or shifting during everyday use.
This makes fitted roller blinds particularly useful on windows and doors that are opened frequently, where a traditional face-fixed blind may need to be raised to access handles or prevent movement. Each glazed panel is fitted individually, allowing the system to work neatly across uPVC windows, conservatories, bay windows and many French doors.
Because every blind is made to measure to your visible glass size, the frame and fabric are prepared specifically for the pane before dispatch. There is no trimming required during installation, which helps keep fitting straightforward and ensures the blind sits evenly within the frame once installed.
Perfect Fit® roller blinds are not suitable for sliding doors, as the frame sits slightly proud of the glass and would interfere with the door movement.
Where Perfect Fit® Roller Blinds Work Best
Perfect Fit® roller blinds are often chosen where a clean fabric blind is preferred but drilling into the window frame is not desirable. The framed system keeps the blind controlled against the glass, which makes a noticeable difference on doors and larger glazed areas.
They work particularly well in situations such as:
French doors and PVC glass back doors: Traditional roller blinds often need to be raised before the door can be used. With Perfect Fit®, the blind moves with the door, allowing the fabric to remain in position when opening and closing.
Conservatories and glazed extensions: Because each pane of glass can be fitted individually, roller blinds can be installed across multiple windows while maintaining consistent alignment across the glazing.
Bedrooms and living areas: Roller fabrics provide straightforward light control, with blackout options available for darker rooms and lighter fabrics that soften daylight without blocking it completely.
Bay windows: Installing one blind per pane allows the blinds to follow the shape of the bay while keeping each fabric panel contained within its own frame.
Compared with Pleated or Venetian Perfect Fit® blinds, roller blinds provide a flat fabric panel rather than textured folds or adjustable slats, making them a simpler option where consistent shading is preferred over directional light control.
Why Choose No Drill Roller Blinds?
No drill roller blinds are typically selected for situations where a standard roller blind would move, swing, or require drilling into the frame.
Key advantages include:
Contained fabric panel: The roller fabric runs within the frame rather than hanging freely, keeping the blind stable against the glass when windows or doors are used.
No drilling into window frames: Perfect Fit® brackets slide between the glass and decorative bead, avoiding screws, adhesives or damage to uPVC frames.
Consistent alignment across glazing: Because the frame is sized to the pane, the blind remains centred within the glass rather than shifting or sitting unevenly.
Flexible fabric choice: Roller blinds offer one of the widest fabric ranges within the Perfect Fit® system, including blackout fabrics for bedrooms and lighter materials for daytime privacy.
A cleaner look than traditional rollers: The framed system hides the side edges of the fabric and creates a more contained finish than a face-fixed roller blind.
Fitted Roller Blinds – Check Fit Before Ordering
Although Perfect Fit® is designed to work with most uPVC windows, details such as bead depth, handle position and available clearance can vary between installations. These small differences can affect whether the frame sits comfortably within the glazing.
To help confirm suitability before ordering, we provide several ways to check:
Free fabric samples allow you to compare colours and opacity in your own lighting conditions before choosing a fabric.
Perfect Fit® frame kits allow you to test the bracket and frame on your window before ordering the blind itself. This helps confirm bead compatibility, handle clearance and frame colour, particularly on doors, bay windows and conservatories where space can be tighter.
Measuring guides walk you through the process of measuring the visible glass area, checking bead depth and confirming compatibility before placing an order.
If you’re unsure, our team can also help review your window details before you order. Many customers send photos of their windows so we can confirm whether Perfect Fit® roller blinds will work for their installation.
