Made to Measure Roller Blinds for Windows & Doors
Roller blinds are one of the most versatile blind styles available. Their simple design allows them to be fitted across a wide range of window types while maintaining consistent operation and minimal visual bulk.
They are often installed inside or outside the recess of standard windows, bay windows, and French doors, as well as in spaces such as kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and offices.
Because roller blinds typically sit within the window recess, they provide effective privacy while maintaining a clean, uncluttered appearance. Fabric choice determines how much light is filtered, dimmed, or blocked completely.
Types of Roller Blinds
Our roller blind system supports a wide range of fabric types and operating styles, allowing you to choose based on light control, privacy, and how the space is used.
Side Chain Roller Blinds: A classic chain-operated option that allows precise control when raising or lowering the blind. Pulling the chain adjusts the blind smoothly to the required height, making this a straightforward and widely used operating style.
Cassette Roller Blinds: Feature a top cassette that encloses the fabric roll, creating a more contained and luxury finish by hiding the blinds mechanisms.
Perfect Fit Roller Blinds: A no-drill option that clips directly onto uPVC windows and doors, allowing the blind to move with the opening window.
Grip Fit Roller Blinds: A no-drill roller blind designed to sit firmly within the window recess using a push-fit cassette. This makes them a practical choice for tiled recesses, bathrooms, or situations where drilling is not desirable.
Blockout Roller Blinds: Designed by Louvolite for bedrooms, nurseries and media rooms where reducing light is a priority. Blackout fabrics significantly limit incoming light, with side channels containing a brush system, this is guaranteed to block out 99% of light.
Motorised Roller Blinds: Operate all of the above Roller Blinds via remote control, wall switch or smart home integration. A practical option for hard-to-reach windows or where convenience is important.
Ordering Roller Blinds Online
When ordering roller blinds online, accurate measuring is important. Measuring the recess width, drop, and any obstructions helps ensure the blind operates smoothly once installed.
We recommend measuring in millimetres using a steel tape measure, measuring each window individually, checking handle clearance on doors and tilt windows, and deciding between a recess fit or exact fit before placing your order.
Measuring guides are available to walk you through each step, and free fabric samples can help confirm colour and light control before you commit.
