Our Terms and Conditions
You agree to these terms and conditions when you purchase blinds from our website. Please take time to read the following paragraphs carefully. Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms and conditions.
The goods we sell on our website are made to measure. Please note It is your responsibility to take the correct measurements of your window. If you are unsure about any products or how to measure, please call our customer services team for help before ordering or consult the online measuring guide. We cannot accept the return of made-to-measure goods on the basis that the measurements were incorrectly supplied by you. It is also possible that there may be a batch difference between the sample sent to you and the actual fabric used to manufacture your blinds.
The Pictures, instructions and videos found on our website are for illustration purposes only, colours/styles and patterns may differ.
Please understand that fabric is cut by professionals who will be as accurate as possible within a variance of +/- 5mm or +/- 2mm for Perfect Fit and Intu Blinds. We will not replace/remake orders within our tolerance.
It is not always possible to avoid creasing from occurring during packing. All creasing should hang out within a maximum of 12 weeks if removed from its original packaging and hung within 7 days.
Your blinds are manufactured to your specific measurements, you agree that you are purchasing a custom made product and therefore cannot be cancelled after order. If you require to change any part of your order you must do this within 1 working day from the order date unless the order has already reached production, after which time alterations to the manufacture will not be possible and you will be charged the full amount for your order which will be made to your original specifications and delivered to you.
Manufacturing Times and Delivery
Please find our current manufacturing times here, you agree that this is an estimated manufacturing time and is subject to stock levels, availability of fabrics, components and complexity of order. We cannot be held responsible for out of stock fabrics and components from our suppliers, which may delay your order. Once your blinds have been made, we use reputable couriers to deliver your blinds on a next working day service, this does not include weekends or bank holidays.
You will find the estimated dispatch date on the product page at the time of ordering. Once you have placed your order you will recieve a order confirmation e-mail, and then a second e-mai with with tracking information on once your blinds have been dispatched from us.
If you are not home at the time of delivery a card may be left. We will email full tracking details of your delivery at the time of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery once the goods have left our factory.
If you believe that the goods may be faulty, incorrect, or damaged on delivery please contact us by e-mail within 7 days from delivery. Please sent photos and any other infomation e.g. blind identification to [email protected] where we will endeavour to reply within 48 working hours.
We reserve the right to inspect the goods to verify that the goods are defective and those defects are attributable to the goods supplied as claimed by you. If it does not appear to us that the goods returned to us are faulty, incorrect, or were damaged on delivery to you, we shall return the goods to you and you shall be charged for the reasonable cost for collection and redelivery. If you do not accept redelivery of goods returned to you hereunder we reserve the right to charge you for any consequential storage cost incurred by us.
If it appears to us that goods returned to us are indeed defective we shall repair the goods and return the repaired goods to you free of charge; or deliver replacement goods of similar quality and specification free of charge; or if we cannot replace or repair the blind we may offer a refund on the damaged goods.
All options are only available on receipt and inspection of your returned goods. If you dispute our assessment of whether the goods are faulty, incorrect or damaged on deliver, the dispute shall be referred to an independent company in the blind industry whose word will be final. For the purpose of this policy, goods are not deemed to be "incorrect" by reason of error in any measurements provided by you. All returns must be in there original packaging.
Please note when returning goods postage & packing will not be refunded.
If any provision of these terms and conditions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be excluded and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms and conditions. This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. All disputes arising out of this contract shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Those who access the site from other locations are responsible for compliance with their local laws and taxes as applicable.
Any disputes not resolved by normal complaints procedure will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales under English Law.
